Today is a very nice fall day. Cool air - almost crisp! Lovely temps and maybe rain on the way. Ahhh....so nice!
So, this morning I dropped Jeff and Michael off at the airport. They are flying to Colorado for 3 1/2 quick days to see Jeff's brothers and family. One brother is visiting, for a few days, from Hawaii with their new baby - well, Luke is actually about six months now but this will be the first time Jeff and his family have seen him! Fun! :)
Michael was so happy to get to go see grandpas and grandmas AND the mountains. Yes, he is my Colorado boy - he does miss the mountains. :) I can totally understand that!
So, the other four kids and I are home for the weekend. We plan on getting pizza and a movie one night and playing games. I don't have Daniel for 3 days together so we're in for a mini vacation! :)
Josh has his last quiz on 1 Thessalonians 3 today. He is pretty nervous this time as he wasn't as prepared as the last 2 quizzes. A good reminder to do our best to finish well! :)
All for now. Hope everyone is enjoying the season.
John 3:16-18
"For God so loved the world that He gave His one and only Son, that whoever believes in Him shall not perish but have eternal life. For God did not send His Son into the world to condemn the world, but to save the world through Him. Whoever believes in Him is not condemned, but whoever does not believe stands condemned already because he has not believed in the name of God's one and only Son." John 3:16-18

Psalm 127:3-5
"Behold, children are a gift of the Lord; the fruit of the womb is a reward. Like arrows in the hand of a warrior, So are the children of one's youth. How blessed is the man whose quiver is full of them; They shall not be ashamed, When they speak with their enemies in the gate."
