Yes, we are experiencing winter - to some extent - here in Texas. We've had snow, temps below 20 and wind that can chill you to the bone. Bbbrrrr!!! And of course, my family are all coming for Christmas! So much for getting away from the freezing cold for awhile! hahaha :)
On top of that all the kids seem to be doing the rounds of crud. My niece went to the Dr. yesterday and Valerie found out that Sophie's nasty cough was boarderline pneumonia! YUCK! Poor baby! Daniel is just getting over his stuff - we think - although today he sounds a little squeaky - like he's loosing his voice. Of couse, being a boy, he thinks it is funny!
David woke up from naptime yesterday and coughed all afternoon and night. Then he threw up this morning - we hope just from all that coughing and not some "new" crud coming to visit!
Ah me!
Prayers for healthy family and safe travels would be much appreciated. Dad, Mom and my grandparents are supposed to come next weekend - Val and the girls earlier in the week.
John 3:16-18
"For God so loved the world that He gave His one and only Son, that whoever believes in Him shall not perish but have eternal life. For God did not send His Son into the world to condemn the world, but to save the world through Him. Whoever believes in Him is not condemned, but whoever does not believe stands condemned already because he has not believed in the name of God's one and only Son." John 3:16-18

Psalm 127:3-5
"Behold, children are a gift of the Lord; the fruit of the womb is a reward. Like arrows in the hand of a warrior, So are the children of one's youth. How blessed is the man whose quiver is full of them; They shall not be ashamed, When they speak with their enemies in the gate."
