Appliance Strike

So, going on an extended vacation is not necessarily good for the appliances.
1. Water dispenser in fridge...not working. Lines froze up from lack of use or things in the fridge to keep temps accurate?? Defrosting on the TO DO list - hope it works.
2. Washing machine on the fritz. Either out of practice, lack of use OR shock from doing several loads a week to one a week maybe!!! Eekk - hoping it rights itself...SOON!!
3. Van made it over 4,000 miles just fine. Now is squeaks and smells??? What's with that?
