How Many Days?

So, Anna's big 5 is coming up soon. She asked a couple of days ago how long until her birthday and I told her - 8 more days. So, today someone asked again and I gave them the new number of days to which Anna replied, "But you said it was 8 days!" Thus the effort to try to explain how some days are over so there are now less until her birthday. She didn't get it - her facial expressions are a hoot. But, only 6 days until a birthday party does sound better somehow! LOL She is so funny sometimes.
