Bllrrbbb.....gurgle, gurgle....Yes, it is still raining! Michael said this morning, "Mom, it's not supposed to rain this long! It's supposed to be summer!"
Becky called to see if we were still here or had floated away!
I am beginning to keep an eye out for mold growing in places it should not! Yes, that is gross but it is very wet and humid here these days so you do what you must do!
We are off to pick up Abby. (The picture is of Abby and Emily last fall. Both toothless!) I am anxious to know if she had a good time. Last night and this morning Anna keeps asking, "Where is Abby?" She slept with David last night but wasn't to thrilled that Abby wasn't here! She was really concerned when she got up this morning and Abby still wasn't here! Well, it's one way to help your kids appreciate each other! :)
Joshua and Michael will have to be pealed away from their books - they seem to be on a reading marathon! I can't keep up - or keep them supplied with good books it seems! They are both reading their way through the Boxcar Kids series as well as their reading books and a couple of other series thrown in there occassionally!
